We, as parents, do so much for our children to direct and define their way of creativity.
How can parents keep an open mind and give kids freedom to be creative? In school, it’s called creativity, but it’s not. So much of what they do is copy and paste. It is best if we just leave our kids alone and give them the right materials and allow them to experiment freely, show them art. I believe every person needs to work with everything, to get it between their fingers without worry. This will give them the opportunity to look and understand in their own way. Even if kids are not going to be artists or sculptors, creativity—the exploration of materials—gives them the best flexibility of the mind in any kind of work that they need to do.
